Use Ephemera packs and a bit of Designer Series Paper to create this quick & easy birthday card today.

It’s fun to create personalized cards and customized scrapbook pages using the Something for Everything Ephemera Pack. This collection of laser-cut crafting elements has something for everyone and every occasion on your list of special days. Each piece looks die-cut, but all you have to do is remove the image from the sheet and adhere it to a card base or scrapbooking page using your favorite adhesive. It’s that quick and easy!

Shy Shamrock Cardstock: 5 1/2″ h x 8 1/2″ w folded to 5 1/2″ h x 4 1/4″ w
Basic White Cardstock: 5 1/4″ h x 4″ w
Unbounded Beauty Designer Series Paper (DSP): 3 ¾”w x 5” h

Let’s Create

  1. Fold the Card Base in half using a Bone Folder to sharpen the crease.
  2. Adhere DSP to card front with Stampin’ Seal.
  3. Adhere Ephemera frame from Something for Everything pack to card base with Foam Strips.
  4. Snip banner ends and adhere to frame with Multipurpose glue.
  5. Tie two bows with white Baker’s Twine and attach with a Mini Glue Dot.
  6. Use Multipurpose glue to adhere
    • Bird to inside of frame with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
    • Sentiment under bird.
    • Sentiment across frame, and use Stampin’ Dimensionals to reinforce in the middle.
  7. Sprinkle on the In Color Resin Dots
  8. Attach the Basic White panel to the inside with Stampin’ Seal.
  9. Decorate your envelope.
  10. Adorbs! Send this happy mail today.

Gorgeous Grape Cardstock 

  • 5 1/2″ h x 8 1/2” w scored at 4 1/4” 
  • 5 1/4″ h x 4″ w

Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper (DSP):

  • Pattern #1: 3/4” w x 5 1/2” h
  • Pattern #2: 3/4” w x 5 1/2” h
  • Pattern #3: 3/4” w x 5 1/2” h
  • Pattern #4: 3/4” w x 5 1/2” h
  • Scrap for focal image

Basic White Cardstock: 

  • scrap for sentiment
  • 5 ¼” h x 4” w


Let’s Create

  1. Use a Bone Folder to burnish the Gorgeous Grape at the scoreline to create the card base.
  2. Run the 5 1/4″ h x 4″ w Gorgeous Grape panel through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the Cane Weave Embossing Folder.
  3. Wrap Baker’s Twine around panel several times and tie a bow off to the left side. Attach panel to Card Base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  4. Tear the ends of the DSP strips of varying sizes. Note: If you want the torn edge to be have a white edge, hold DSP strip with preferred pattern facing up and tear toward the preferred pattern.. If you want the torn edge to have DSP colored edge, tear away from the preferred pattern.
  5. Attach DSP strips using Stampin’ Dimensionals. 
  6. Stamp Sentiment on Basic White label. 
  7. Attach sentiment matte to card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. 
  8. Decorate 5 ¼” h x 4” w Basic White Cardstock and attach to inside with Stampin’ Seal.
  9. Decorate your envelope.
  10. Pretty!  Who needs some birthday wishes.

Pretty Peacock Cardstock: 5 1/2″ h x 8 1/2″ w folded to 5 1/2″ h x 4 1/4″

Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper (DSP): 4 ⅞” h x 1” w

Let’s Create

  1. Affix all stamps to Acrylic Blocks.
  2. Fold the Card Base in half using a Bone Folder to sharpen the crease.
  3. Adhere DSP strips to three Lost Lagoon Strips.
  4. Lay a 2’ length of ribbon across the front of your card.
  5. Adhere three Lost Lagoon panels centered on card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  6. Tie a bow on the left side.
  7. Adhere Ephemera pieces with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  8. Sprinkle on the gems.
  9. Stamp and decorate remaining Basic White panel to the inside and attach with Stampin’ Seal.
  10. Decorate your envelope.
  11. So pretty! Now send it to someone special.

Hello Hollyhock kit cardbase: 4 ⅞” x 1”

Let’s Create

  1. Fold the Calypso Coral Card Base in half using a Bone Folder to sharpen the crease.
  2. Adhere three Hello Hollyhock strips to three Calypso Coral strips using Stampin’ Seal.
  3. Adhere three Calypso Coral panels centered on Basic White Panel wit Stampin’ Seal.
  4. Lay a 2’ length of ribbon across the panel, wrap twice and tie a bow on the left side.
  5. Adhere entire panel to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. 
  6. Adhere sentiment from Hello Hollyhock kit with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  7. Sprinkle on the gems from the kit.
  8. Use pretty envelope from the kit.
