Countryside Inn – For You

A bit of an advanced card using die cutting, two-step stamping, watermarking, coloring stamps, and fussy cutting! Had a fun time making a version with some of the Moose Friends!

The Countryside Corners Bundle has everything you need to take your crafts to the next level. The image-only stamp comes with several elegant borders that can be transformed into beautiful projects. The borders can be cut out using the Countryside Corners Dies. When you use them together, you can add layers and texture, and create frames, peek-through frames, centerpieces, and so much more!

Boho Blue Cardstock:

5 1/2″hw x 8 1/2″ w folded to 5 1/2″ h x 4 1/4″ w

Misty Moonlight

5” h x 3 ½” h

Basic White Cardstock:

4 ½” h x 3” w
Scrap for tag, and bottle
5 ¼” h x 4” w for inside

Daffodil Delight

½” x 4 ¼” w

Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper (DSP)

2” h x 4 ¼” w

Let’s Create

Affix all stamps to Acrylic Blocks.
Fold the Card Base in half using a Bone Folder to sharpen the crease
Stamp the Countryside Corners Stamp in Misty Moonlight Ink on the Misty Moonlight and die cut down to the 3 dashed lines (see picture).
Stamp the bottle in Night of Navy Ink on Basic White scrap and use Paper Snips to fussy cut.
Die cut the 4 ½” h x 3” w Basic White with the die smaller than than the Misty Moonlight.
Ink the Flower Stamp with Daffodil Delight and then color the tall flowers with Early Espresso Stampin’ Write marker. Huff on the stamp to re-wet the ink and stamp on the Basic White tag. Stamp the leaves and flower centers stamp over the flowers stamp withBoho Blue ink to finish the image.
Stamp the For You sentiment on Basic White scrap and die cut with the flagged tag die.
Use Versamark ink to stamp the edges of the Daffodil Delight strip.
Attach the Versamarked strip and the DSP to the front of the Card Base using Stampin’ Seal.
Attach the die cut Misty Moonlight stamped layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Attach the Stamped Basic White layer with Stampin Dimensionals.
Attach the Bottle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Trim the sentiment tag and attach with Multipurpose glue.
Sprinkle on some gems
Attach a ribbon (optional)
Stamp and decorate the remaining 5 1/4″ w x 4″ h for the inside and attach with Stampin’ Seal.
Decorate your envelope.

Show off your Designer Series Paper with this layout! I’m using the beautiful Countryside Inn, DSP. Copy me or use paper from your stash.

Basic White Thick Cardstock:

5 1/2″h w x 8 1/2″ h folded to 5 1/2″ w x 4 1/4″ h

Basic White Cardstock:

4 ½” h x 3” w
5 ¼” h x 4” w for inside

Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper (DSP)

5 ½” w x 4 ¼” h

Let’s Create

Affix all stamps to Acrylic Blocks.
Fold the Card Base in half using a Bone Folder to sharpen the crease
Die cut the DSP with the 2nd largest die.
Die cut the 4 ½” x 3” Basic White.
Lay the two nested DSP pieces onto the card base and line up with the edges of the card.
Press firmly to hold the outer piece into place and remove the inside piece.
Carefully lift each corner to add a Stampin’ Dimensional the outside DSP piece. And then carefully add 4 more Stampin’ Dimensionals under the four sides.
Use Stampin’ Seal to attach the inside piece of the DSP.
Use Balmy Blue, Boho Blue, Misty Moonlight and Night of Navy to stamp sentiment, flowers, leaves and stems on the die cut piece of Basic White. Attach to the inside piece of DSP with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Double up about 12” of Linen Thread and tie a small bow. Attach with a Mini Glue Dot.
Sprinkle on some Adhesive Backed Sparkle gems
Stamp and decorate the remaining Basic White piece and attach to the inside.
Decorate your envelope.
So fun! Send it.

A Sweet Beachy Happy Birthday

The Misty Moonlight paper from the Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper pack does all the work on this simple card featuring the Circled Sayings Bundle.

The Circle Sayings Bundle is filled with a variety of friendly greetings and decorative borders that you can mix and match to make all your projects unique! Pair the stamps together and use the 2-3/8″ (6 cm) Circle Punch to quickly punch it out to use as a centerpiece or a gift tag. Whatever the occasion and whoever your recipient is, you are going to wow them. The creativity in this bundle is endless!

Basic White

5 ½” x 8 ½” scored and folded on the long-side at 4 ¼”
4 ⅞” x 3 ⅞”
2 ½” x 2 ½” (for stamping and punching Sea Shell Images)
1 ⅝” x ⅝” (for stamping sentiment)

Misty Moonlight

4 ⅛” x 5 ⅜”

Crumb Cake

4 ¾” x 3 ¾”

Night of Navy

2 ½” x 2 ½”

Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper

3 ¾” x 3 ½” – Misty Moonlight print

Let’s Create

Affix all stamps to Acrylic Blocks.
Fold the Card Base in half using a Bone Folder to sharpen the crease.
Emboss the 4 ¾” x 3 ¾” Crumb Cake Cardstock just on the right half using the splatters Embossing Folder from the Stripes and Splatters bundle.
Tear the Designer Series Paper at an angle so that the top edge measures approximately 1 ¼”. Use ⅜” – ½” of the torn edge with the to layer about ⅜” to ½” from the edge, this creates a layered, wave look.
Tape this to the left side of the Crumb Cake cardstock layer.
Adhere these layers to the Basic White 4 ⅞” x 3 ⅞” Basic White Cardstock.
Using 2 strands of Linen Thread, wrap around these layers and tie into a bow towards the left of the card.
Adhere these layers to the 5 ⅜” x 4 ⅛” Misty Moonlight Cardstock layer, then adhere to the folded card base.
Using Black Memento Ink, stamp the seashell image to the 2 ½” x 2 ½” square of Basic White Cardstock – stamping it twice so the it forms a circle.
Color the shells using Stampin’ Blends. I used Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake, Calypso Coral, Balmy Blue and Night of Navy.
Use the 2 ⅜” Circle Punch to punch the stamped image and adhere it to the 2 ½” x 2 ½” Night of Navy piece of Cardstock.
Using Copper Clay ink pad, stamp the Happy Birthday onto the 1 ⅝” x ⅝” piece of cardstock.
Adhere this to the center of the circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Decorate the inside of your card and your envelope and send it off to wish someone a Happy Beachy Birthday!
